was an American and was heard on RNI in the spring/summer of 1970 presenting the Bacardi rum
reggae
show which was prerecorded on land. These went out on a Monday evening
between 1900-2000. This short lived show was first broadcast on March 22,
1970 and was last heard on April 12, 1970. He had previously been heard briefly on Radio Caroline South in the summer of 1967, where he was mainly heard after the midnight slot and also used the name Ray Sebastian.
